How an ancient secret from Thailand helps give
Real, Lasting Back Pain Relief
…without chiropractors, doctors, or medication, using nothing more than a simple 6-minute stretch.

The Thai people don’t believe in surgery or medicine when it comes to aches and pains in the body. Instead, they correct such problems with a series of mild, almost effortless stretches.
At last! A new (although, 4,000 years old) and different type of self-healing for back pain.
Born in Thailand over 40 centuries ago, it is known in their native tongue as “Nuad bo-rarn”.
Tom Stevens, a British traveler who recently learned about this method on the Thai island of Phuket says…
“Suffering with back pain conjures up images of trips to the doctor, painful adjustments at the chiropractor, and taking handfuls of painkillers every day..."
"Until recently, people in the West have been given few options for dealing with back pain. As a result, we’ve not been aware that any effective alternatives exist.”
“However, the main emphasis of the Thai approach isn’t surgery, or medication, but on releasing tight muscles, and strengthening key structural muscles in the back with gentle stretching."
"By performing these simple exercises on a daily basis, many people can now look forward to living a life free from back pain.”
Self-Healing With Gentle Stretches Is A Cornerstone Of The Thai Approach To Relief From Back Pain
These stretches are easily performed, require no strenuous activity, and don’t demand a great deal of time to perform.
They are the very opposite of the Western approach to back pain, which often involves trips to the hospital, MRI scans, surgery, and painkillers.
“From the Thai perspective, that’s like using a sledgehammer to open a padlock.” says Stevens.
“Instead, when you know the right combination to the lock, it simply pops right open, and that’s what this gentle stretching approach is. It targets a very specific set of muscles in the back, in a very specific order, and that allows you to get right to the root of your back pain, without surgery.”
All the exercises are done slowly, and without effort. You see, our skeleton provides the structure to our bodies, but the condition of the muscles surrounding our bones can dictate the alignment of our body.
When certain muscles get tight it can pull our bodies into unnatural positions, and that can cause back pain.
There’s One Muscle, Ignored By Western Medicine That Causes A Huge Number Of Chronic Back Pain Cases
While Western doctors often immediately leap to conclusions about herniated discs, and other such diagnoses, the Thai approach is a lot more simple.
Instead of blaming the discs in the spine, their attention goes to the muscles in the lower back. And one muscle in particular, known as the QL (Quadratus Lumborum) is commonly the root cause for many lower back pain cases.
When that muscle gets tight, it can pull the pelvis out of alignment, which causes all kinds of disfunction in the back.

By learning how to stretch and lengthen the QL, and bring balance to the hips at the same time, that often leads to real lasting relief from back pain, without surgery, pills or any of the more heavy-handed approaches favored by Western doctors.
Tom Stevens, himself a huge advocate of this approach having cured his own back pain issues after a 16 year battle, has put together a short video that goes in depth on this process.
Before you consider surgery, or book another chiropractor or physiotherapy appointment, watch this video, and give ‘The QL Method’ a try first.
The entire stretch sequence can be done at home. It takes about 6 minutes, and doesn’t require any medication, appointments or equipment.
